Since young ages, Tamara has been exposed to the hospitality and customer service industries due to her family business in Middle East as the owner of a boutique hotel where customer service was a top priority. In 2011, Tamara moved to Dubai to continue her master studies and to work for one of the top multinational companies in the Middle East. She started to invest in Dubai Real Estate market in 2015. From 2022, Tamara moved from a full-time consulting role to a full-time real estate broker, seizing the opportunities in expanding cities like Dubai.
