Recognizing Dubai as a prime hub for real estate investments, Stephan moved to the city in 2019, where he quickly built his personal property portfolio. Soon after, he launched “Immobilie-Dubai,” a company focused on helping investors from the DACH region seize opportunities in Dubai’s real estate market.
