Pavan began his career in the banking industry in the UAE and has over a decade of Retail Banking experience, primarily in Mortgage and Wealth Management, which has given him an understanding of both sides of the Real Estate market. Born & raised in the UAE, he has witnessed the development of the Dubai property market first hand and he brings this understanding to his role as the Founder & CEO of Uber Homes Real Estate. In addition to his association with the financial and property sectors, he is also a certified member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and is qualified to advise on investments across a range of asset classes including Real Estate. He is very passionate about Real Estate as an investment and a key asset class & has seen the movements in the price indices along with the multiple growth cycles of the Dubai, UAE Real Estate market since its inception.
